Epigenetic machine learning - utilizing DNA methylation patterns to predict age acceleration
DNA methylation is one of the best-studied epigenetic modifications, which typically occurs in the context of a cytosine-guanine dinucleotide motif (CpG). Previous studies have identified a group of CpG sites whose DNA methylation levels highly correlate with chronological age.
